TreeRunner provides Tree Surgery and Tree Care service to both domestic and commercial clients. TreeRunner are always looking for their next recruits to join their friendly and experienced team in the North East and will offer the support and training necessary to work safely and progress in the arboriculture industry.
Duties: • Tree maintenance, Hedge cutting, land clearance and general tree work, including use of specialist arb equipment such as chainsaws and chippers; • Leading to aerial arboriculture involving pruning/felling from rope and harness; • Full time contract to be based Northumberland Benefits: • Extensive training • Opportunities for career progression • Competitive starting salary • 20 days annual leave (+8 days mandatory) The ideal candidate will have: • Strong communication skills and team working capabilities • UK driving license • A love for working outdoors • An attention to detail and sense of pride in their work • Willingness to learn and drive to succeed. Desirables: • Any past experience in arboriculture and any relevant qualifications including but not exclusive to: Crosscutting, Felling and using a Chainsaw; Tree climbing and ariel rescue; Tree climbing and using a Chainsaw in a tree; Tree Reducing; Tree Dismantle and rigging • Machine operation training • First aid qualification • CSCS card Salary dependant upon experience and qualifications, although we are also keen to take on trainee arborists who will receive regular pay reviews as you progress.
